If you know another clinic then better go there. This clinic doesn't have basic equipment. I went for medical check up. The doctor didn't have something to look into my ears, didn't have that hammer like instrument to check my nerves under the knee. He was using his fingers hitting under my knee cap. Receptionists are rude, Once I was given an appointment, went there on time waited for sometime then asked when is my number, was told it was a mistake we don't give appointments. you have to wait. Had my baby's circumcision by DR. Rezaie. wasn't done properly and most of the skin was still there which was stuck to other parts of p. nothing to measure baby's weight. one machine which also had error. not a proper waiting area. There is a clinic two blocks away on Sherbrook and Guy corner. a much better place. I have stopped going to Clinic Alpha Medic after learning the hard way. you can try it by yourself.

This clinic seriously lacks professionalism. First off, the receptionist is quite rude. When you register yourself, it takes longer than necessary. The receptionist takes her sweet time because she is distracted by the others behind the counter going on about their lives, weekends, gossiping about patients and such. The only payment method available is cash. I find this quite sketchy. Always demand a receipt but even their receipts look sketchy and unofficial. Also they have no respect for their patients personal lives. You could be waiting in line to register and they'll scream: ''Who's here to see the gynecologist?'' in front of everyone waiting to see a doctor. Secondly, the doctor who attended me prescribed me an antibiotic without doing the proper urine test to determine if my UTI was indeed bacterial because she was in a hurry to get out. Worst service and no consideration for their patients health.

The receptionists at this clinic are quite possibly the rudest I've ever encountered. Every time I've gone, I've had to wait for 4 hours +, and once when I called to book an appointment, the receptionist lied and told me they don't accept appointments. Whenever checking in or speaking to a receptionist, it's as if they do their best to make you feel as terrible as possible. They are rude, dismissive, and look like they would rather be anywhere else. I don't understand how people like that stay employed! I'm leaving this clinic asap!

Unprofessional clinic. Always messes up appointments. Doctors always late or absent. They will let you wait for hours and hours and then ask you to come another day because they're missing a doctor.
