Front desk service is horrible...such a high tech building with the worst service. They answer the phone like you're at a bar. The option #2 on the phone is a dead end that says that there are no appointments available. They give you an appointment and you have to wait for 4 hours. And you wait from 5 am to get a place and the coffee shop next door makes sure there are 3x more people in the line than there are places...it helps sell coffee...
