Just Me
I got there when they opened, and my total time there was an hour and a half. I was expecting to be there much longer than that. I guess that the amount of time you're there depends on what time of the day you go there. The doctor who treated me was wonderful, and I hope that if I ever need to go there again I get her as my doctor. And I didn't have to pay anything, I was at their walk in clinic, not their private clinic.

I've waited 4h½ before seeing a doctor!! They told me I could pay 20$ but I would have my results only within 3-5 weeks. However, if I was paying 130$, I would have them within 7 days... which I did. After 10 days, I call to have my results and they told me the doctor was on vacation!?! What kind of service is that?!? I will never go there again: worst clinic I'd ever been to. ------------------- J'ai attendu 4h½ avant de voir un médecin! De plus, ils m'ont dit que si je voulais mes résultats de tests à l'intérieur de 7 jours, je devais payer 130$; sinon, pour 20$ je pouvais attendre 3-5 semaines. J'ai donc payé le prix fort mais j'ai dû rappelé après 10 jours car je n'avais eu aucune nouvelle... pour me faire répondre que le médecin était en vacances! Mais quel genre de service est-ce?!? Je n'irai plus jamais à cette clinique: la pire que j'ai essayée!!

The problem is the doctor not the staff. Doctor Li for a tense neck and elbow due to stress ordered me after 2h30 hours of wait some back and lung xrays. Telling me that he never gives some massotherapy prescription. I left furious it is a waste of spending and I do not want to impose that on the RAMQ. And further more his french is very difficult to understand and I am french.

I saw two doctors here at the walk-in clinic-- they warm, kind and not in a rush: it was refreshing.
