This clinic need good manners. I waited 5 hours after checking in with the secretary to learned that my file was never given to my doctor. The second time I went there they let people go before me because they knew the staff. They didn't have any appointments just a 'friendly' face if you catch my drift. They are racist. If you are not from middle-east don't expect to be treated fairly. I would seriously consider hiring new secretaries.

The personnel at this clinic are not very welcoming. The patient is made to feel that he or she is disturbing them. The message on the window saying that verbal abuse of the personnel will not be tolerated appears hostile. Having to use the pharmacy's toilet facilities is annoying, there should be public toilet facilities at the clinic itself. I really like the G.P. I see at this clinic which is why I put up with the environment.
