This staff and entire practice in general is an absolute delight to deal with. I have had one of the toughest and most frustrating years with my GP, fighting for a diagnosis and unable to get the help I need. The front staff at my GP were less than helpful and borderline rude, and my condition was worsening and my hope was decreasing. The Chrysalis OBGYN was accepting new patients. I pleaded my case to them and they were so understanding that they agreed to see me right away. My condition was confirmed, I was assessed, diagnosed, and on medicine right away for a plasma infection that could've severely (although had already, thanks to my GP being so inattentive) resulted in infertility. I was attended to so thoroughly, without anyone minimizing my condition, all in a matter of 2 days. Whereas I'd been suffering with this unknown condition, and been in pain and at risk for the past year. The front staff, mainly a woman named Jen, were beyond any other front staff I've seen before. They understand that they are responsible of making the first impression and they make a great one. I feel so lucky to be a patient there and am happily under the care of everyone there. I will highly request to go back there when they time comes to (hopefully) have a baby. They are exquisite and I highly recommend them to anyone.
