I have had my doctor for over 30 years. Lately, it has been impossible to have an appointment on a timely basis : phone lines perpetually busy, long delays to have appointment even on an emergency basis, no follow-up on sent faxes. My doctor is a pearl but his staff could do waaaaaay better.
