I have been a patient at this MediCenter for about 20 years and it keeps getting worst and worst. The staff are incredibly rude and they all have accents that are difficult to understand. They are abrupt and do not explain themselves. They treat patients like they are stupid. No respect whatsoever. As a taxpayer who pays their salaries I expect to be treated with basic respect. If Calgary Trail Medicenter were a for-profit business they would have gone under a long time ago. The wait times are ridiculously long. I've waited for 4 hours and given up and gone home. Even when you make an appointment you end up waiting for a good hour. Most, if not all the of the doctors at this Center are old and grumpy. So don't expect to be treated kindly by the doctors either. They seem miserable and tired and they quickly ask a few questions and write a prescription and run out the door. Overall this is a very poor Medicenter and I would never recommend it to anyone.
