The Family Bruyere center in Ottawa is getting worst every year. Getting appointment takes 2 weeks or more, every time there is a different doctor set up for your appointment, finally when you see the doctor the referral call to the specialist takes place 10 days after appointment. It is ridicules - how long it takes to call and set up appointment? They never follow up after any lab results or visit with specialists!!! Doctors tend to ignore the recommendations sent by specialists. Every time I go there I see students - what they learn in this facility - how to ignore patients? Don't go if you do not have to go there.
