i am new to town and have rcently just met dr.nelson he was a very kind man and after talking to several dr.s about my situation he soon gave me hope that things are going to be ok.dr.s are very busy people and can not always fix peoples life problems they are not magicians.i consider dr.nelson to be very nice and am hoping to look forward to working with him in the feauture thnx for takeing me on

This is the worst clinic I have ever been too. It makes me have no faith in the healthcare system. I had an issue and went in to see a doctor in which they gave me antibiotics and told me they would send my samples away to the lab and they would call me with the results. They never called me. A second time I went in with the same recurring issue and they would not prescribe me antibiotics even while I was clearly in pain. They said they would send my results away and call me back so they knew which antibiotic to prescribe. Fair enough. The next day I was in such pain that I went to St. Joes urgent healthcare in which they saw a problem and gave me antibiotics, sent my samples away and called me back. Bradley clinic never called me back and I clearly had a problem. I just can't believe it. What if this was something very serious and it was pertinent I got my results back.... I will never go back there and I strongly recommend people travel the extra ways and go to St. Joes where they clearly have real doctors working. Not to mention the doctor I had at Bradley was extremely rude and cut me off everytime I went to say something. What a joke that place is.

I have used this facility a few times only because i do not yet have a family doctor. After the poor service Its pushed me to get a family doctor ASAP! The receptionist was un professional, bland also un uncompassionate. The nurse who takes your blood pressure and info before doctor enters the room she was average. When the doctor comes in in the room he dressed in bright purple as though he was going to a disco. The doctor is slide to be in a white long jacket. No hello, smile or handshake asking, " how may i help you today" just simple says, what's wrong? Spoken very un professionally! Very rude. No sympathy or compassion which is key when your working especially with sick patients.... i was just stunned in my tracks with the entire service i received. Tthat is if you can call it service. I don't recommend this clinic but unfortunately if you have no place else to be seen it would be your last resort! In conclusion my ratings on the "595 Bradley Medical Clinic" is poor, out of 10 I rate them a 3 !

I've always been pleased with the service I receive from the Doctor and his support staff. Always professional and courteous and knowledgeable.
