Had an ear canal blockage. waited a considerable time to see the Dr. He looked in ear and agreed I had a blockage. Rather than clearing it, like every other Dr would take the 30 seconds to do, he sent me back to the waiting room, to await 'his staff' to do the treatment. Apparently, his time was too valuable to take the 30 seconds to do the treatment himself. After waiting there for an hour, I left. Worst clinic ever!
