The staff are always helpful now that they have let go of a particularly nasty front staff person six months to a year ago. Very friendly and accomodating people. Dr. Westley is so wonderful, competent, caring and willing to listen to any concerns. Best doctor I've ever had.

The new office is beautiful, but the staff is horrendous. I can't get over how unpleasant they are to deal with. The doctors really shouldn't allow people with such bad attitudes to be the face of their clinic.

Carol Potvin
The office staff Tammy and now Haley are deplorable. They leave incorrect information and put you in a panic for no reason. They seem to enjoy being abusive and do not have any compassion whatsoever. I have told Dr Westley in the past and she seems to care but can't seem to fix the issue. There has not been competent caring staff in there since Julia. I really wish the Doctors would fix this as it's so stressful for the patients.
