This is a good clinic "Bank Street medical Clinic" They have about 5 to 6 doctors there. 2 Cardiologists, Family Practitioners, Family physician that opens his practice up to some foot ie: toe nail surgery. Xray Department. Handicap lift (like an elevator between basement suites and main floor. They also have a registered dietician (not covered by OHIP Oxygen therapy chamber in basement (not covered by OHIP. 2 Bathrooms mainfloor handicap accessible. Lab services for their own (in house) patients. Only down thing about this clinic is Their so called walk in clinic. It's unattended several times. I see people being turned away on a regular basis at 4to 5pm while I wait for my ride. Not reliable in that respect. Parking is for the pits. It's free but during the day it is very hard to get parking spots and getting in and out of the one entrance is sometimes next to impossible off of Banks street. They have a courtesy phone. for SHORT LOCAL CALLS.. which is very good so you don't have to bother the staff! The exam rooms are always clean. which I like.

They nener return your call, nobody picks up the phone, the doctors are never on time. The worst practive i have ever seen in my life
