The worse customer service I have ever seen. Front staff is very rude and unhelpful. they really need some customer service and time management training. Management should look in to that. 2 of my friends have changed their family doctors. I will certainly look into that as well.

Patient at the centre
Worst customer service!The staff at the office have a long way to go about customer service. It would be helpful if they don't hang up the calls and show rude behaviour over the phone. They need to understand this affects the reputation of the good doctors there!

Dr Anul Gupta and his staff members are very coporative , apprtus and other medical equipments are state of the art, NEAT AND CLEAN, STRELIZED. Best in my opinion.

Highly variable staff with some excellent, ;ossibly best I have encountered and others dropping the ball repeatedly. Damned humans...can't get any consistency :-) Seriously though at times I have been very very pleased and at other times frustrated.... If this is an ongoing issue it speaks to bad management... On the whole certainly not worse than average.
