Interesting model for Walk In Clinic. Arrived at the clinic on August 20/2015 at approximately 7:00pm and was advised by receptionist that while the walk-in was open, I could not be seen because I was not a patient of a doctor at the clinic? Apparently when there are too many walk in patients the clinic closes to "walk-in's" and reverts to "patients only of the clinic"? What kind of model is that? Truly that is not a walk-in clinic then, and these unusual rules should be posted both on the website and at the clinic. I rarely use walk-in clinics preferring to go to my own family doctor and this kind of scenario only reinforces why you should always try to see your own doctor instead of using walk-in's - which really are not walk-in's depending on the given day.
