Once the appointments were in place the staff were very helpful and suitably concerned about my health and recovery. I saw very little of his office(s) and equipment, but what I did see was clean and in good condition.

I would not recommend Dr Jahromi to anyone. He is an incompetent surgeon. If you care about yourself and family stay away from this doctor.
