Last year my sister went to her numerous times complaining of a cough that won;t go away and a series of other symptoms during her pregnancy....she always dismissed it as a bad cold....well guess what...it wasn't...and a couple of months later she passed away of stage four lung cancer....the worst part is still getting mail about how "its time for your yearly check up"....excuse me if you would spend a second looking at your record you would realize that this patient passed away a couple of months ago and that we do not need to see your insensitive reminder mail in our mailbox anymore....
