This is the best practise in Toronto . The doctors are excellent and I always feel I am getting the best attention. That's why it pains me that the receptionist for Gelkopf/Hotz is so hostile. I appreciate that it is a very busy office but she has a grating attitude that does not fit with the tone of the rest of the practise. She should work elsewhere or certainly not on the front lines answering the phones misrepresenting the great practise that it is.
