To my old dear friend Fred, who came to ottawa for a short work term. It has been years since i have been trying to catch up with you but you have been elusive. I am saddened to have finally seen your name in this tribute to your dad who is now gone. You spoke ver highly of him. I would like to catch up if you are interested...make a friend request on facebook to my married name...its been 30 years. REINA

The family emigrated to Canada on May-02-1966 where "Rif" practiced medicine at the family practice in Freelton, Ontario at the corner of Freelton Road and William Street, living at the house at 1 Edward Street aka 97 Freelton Road. In Freelton he joined doctors Kellington, Kasserra, and Scholtens, until 1980 when he and his wife Pam moved to Burlington, Ontario where he continued to practise at the Carlisle Medical Centre as well as the Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital on the lakeshore in Burlington.
