I was amazed when for the 1st time ever my appointment was on time! He is always on time. He is extremely polite and courteous. I love his style of involving me in deciding how to manage my complex conditions. He is very knowledgeable and up to date. He is extremely good with IT stuff. Lately, he has started using an iPad to access the medical records and X-rays. Very nice! Don't even get this type of up to date service in big cities like Edmonton. He likes teaching and often has student Drs working with him, which I don't mind.
