i saw Dr. Giang while filling in at Lakeside medical clinic excellent Dr. wish he would be at a permanent location so that we would be able to see him again. Highly recommend .

i FOUND HIM KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY. HE WAS FILLING IN AT THE ST. THOMAS HEALTH CENTER AND I WAS SORRY TO HEAR HE MOVE ON. I WILL TRY TO LOCATE AND IF SUCCESSFUL, I WILL CONTINUE AS A PATIENT WITH HIM.

Dr. Giang is not only kind and compassionate, he is extremely knowledgeable and thorough with his cases. He does not ever rush you or leave you feeling like you have more questions. His clinic is very punctual and organized as well. We have never had such a wonderful GP on every level. If you are looking for a GP my whole family strongly recommends him.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Giang. I found him to be extremely judgmental, and I felt that my past medical history was being held against me rather than being used to understand my current medical needs. I have a history of opioid addiction, and I understand that this is important information for a doctor to know. However, I believe patients should still be treated with respect and compassion when they need medical treatment for pain. In my experience, Dr. Giang seemed unwilling to consider prescribing pain medication, even when I explained that I needed treatment and was not asking for an opioid. I felt that my past history overshadowed my current medical condition and that my concerns were not being taken seriously. Another issue I experienced was that he would write down what I said almost word for word, including things I specifically explained were not accurate or were being misunderstood. I felt as though everything I said was being documented in a way that could be used against me later, rather than as part of a constructive conversation about my health. I also found his manner to be condescending at times. I felt that he acted as though he was better than everyone else, which made it difficult to feel comfortable discussing my medical concerns. Patients deserve to feel heard, respected, and treated fairly, regardless of their past. I hope Dr. Giang will consider how his approach affects patients who are trying to receive appropriate medical care. I would not recommend him based on my personal experience.
