Dr. Frankie Fraulin, treated me in Scarborough, Ontario, he was excellent, gave good quality of service, fantastic knowledge about plastic surgery after my diagnoses of Giant Cell Bone Tumour, he was always punctual and trustworthy. A great Plastic Surgeon.

he was greeeaaattt with my daughter, 10* doctor, she had her toes cut off and he masterfully put them back together highly recommend!!!
