Gave me advice...I followed it and she denied that she gave me that advice. Not my fault that she does not write proper notes to jog her memory.

Not an MD. First complaint is that she did not listen to or believe my opinions. Second complaint is that she broke confidentiality by telling family members my diagnosis. I would not recommend her to anyone.
