She just took over the practice of my old family doctor, and during the same week that she was taking it over she decided to go on vacation. I had an appointment that week and took time off to go to the office...to my suprise it was closed, not very responsible, you would think that the first 3 weeks of taking over a practice would be important to stick around, and that if youre going on vacay let your patients know. Also i put 0 for all the catagories, i truthfully dont know how she is with knowledge etc because everytime i call the office i can never reach anyone to make an appointment to see her and end up going to a walk in...whats the point of a receptionist if she doesnt answer the phones.
