I was supposed to have a telephone appointment with Dr Tam on January 16/23 at 9:00 AM. I was called by her receptionist and told that I would have to come in person and I said I would. I arrived today at 8:50 and saw they don’t open the door until 9:00 AM so I had to stand outside in the cold. When I finally got in I was told my appointment was for the following week and infuit was my problem her office staff need to know that not everyone is stupid and not write down appointments then didn’t even care so I left and said that I will never return
