Hi, I'm a post-patient of Dr. Mehdi Shahideh and I'm 24 years old. My world has changed. I am entirely grateful for Dr. Shahideh being a big part of the start of my new world. When I was a child I loved super-heroes. Mostly, I loved the feeling of confidence and safety they provided me. Since childhood ( which was not too too long ago, ) i have slowly forgotten the feeling. Thank you Dr. Mehdi Shahideh for reminding me.

Words cannot express how truly grateful I am to have Dr. Shahideh as my daughter's Surgeon. My 26 year old daughter was diagnosed with a very large brain tumour that required surgery in April 2015. On our initial consultation, we were greeted by a warm, compassionate surgeon that answered all of our questions and instilled the trust and confidence we needed to make the right decision in terms of selecting a skilled Surgeon to remove the tumour. He was extremely thorough with pre-op tests and procedures...provided the family with an update mid surgery . Post surgery(Saturday) on his day off, came in to the hospital to make his rounds and ensure his patients are doing okay. Gold stars for this amazing Doctor - He's an asset to the Trillium Neurosurgery Team.

AMAZING!! Dr. Shahideh saved my husbands life. During an emergency emotions run high, Dr. Shahideh was calm, comforting, extremely personable, and to the point. I feel blessed to have had Dr. Shahideh as my husbands doctor. This man has a God given gift to navigate the brain the human brain. We will never be able to thank him enough for all he has done.

I wanted to share my experience with everyone. my journey started on January 26 2015. I was sent to Emergency at Brampton Civic. I had my first surgeon who's name I won't disclose who was HORRIFIC!!! He never listened to me, was only concerned about giving me medication for pain as opposed to helping with the other issues, and on top of that had me on WAY too many meds (which I learned from my new surgeon). My 2nd surgeon is named Dr Mehdi Shahideh. He met me Sunday and did surgery Sunday night. He explained everything to me and instilled a new confidence I hadn't had since my injury. He rectified my issues. From 3 weeks of non stop issues to now starting to get back my mobility. He CARED about me and I feel it. THANK YOU for everything. This experience has changed my life and I'm so grateful.
