Dr VanKoughnett is one of the best doctors I have ever had. She diagnosed my colorectal cancer, and performed the surgery to remove the tumour. She was not offended in the least when I asked for a second opinion - she knew I needed to make crucial decisions. I have had issues with healing due to radiation, which is nothing to do with her, but she has worked with me to try to find solutions. She never gives up. She is a lovely person - kind, empathetic, with a good sense of humour, and she explains things well. She never makes me feel rushed, no matter how many questions I have for her. I consider myself very lucky to have her as my surgeon.

What a great doctor! She was very professional and I was amazed at how fast I got in to see her and then dealt with so quickly for my surgery! We are lucky to have such a knowledgeable surgeon such as her in London.
