I switched to Dr. Dukic about a year ago when I wasn't happy with the care or lack of care I had been receiving with my previous physician. Dr. Dukic was friendly, down to earth, shared thoughts and ideas with me. The thing that impressed me the most was during our 'meeting interview' she stopped in the middle of conversation and mentioned that she had noticed the movement of my thyroid gland during our conversation and wondered if I had ever had it checked; she said whether I decide to see her again was up to me, but if I were her sister she would want it checked. I had an ultrasound done on it and although it is of abnormal size/shape, it is fine. I really did appreciate her offering that up though. She is a straight shooter, welcomes questions, offers comments, and genuinely treats her patients as if they were family - I like that.
