- I am a Canadian citizen, pay all taxes and by law have the right to get medical assistance. For more than a year, I am refused by MD Biancucci in basic medical help. - When I express my concerns about my health I mostly do not get MD Biancucci attention. Instead she insists on me getting diagnostics for something I have no complains about. MD Biancucci insulted me and suggested for me to find another family doctor if I do not like this knowing that it is very difficult in our days to find another doctor in Toronto. Basically, if I refuse her "services" I will not be able to get any medical attention at all. If that is accepted by your organization I would like to ask assistance in becoming a patient of another family doctor.
