Great bedside manner - doesn't make you feel like a number to be pushed through the door.

I went to Appletree to find out about a rash, she said "I don't know what it is" after looking at me for about 10 seconds. It was shingles and by the time I had a PROPER diagnoses the virus had progressed to much of my forehead and later on into my eye. Very, very inexcusable, avoidable and a terrible experience for me since then. She probably saw the waiting room and wanted to get to the next patient (OHIP bill) Sad that a person like this can actually be trusted to look after people.

When seen in emergency for reaction to chemotherapy she was brusque, was not knowledgeable about the chemo treatment given, and limited her research to "google". She diagnosed the reaction as "normal" when in fact it was a rare and serious reaction that required additional treatment. Her overall attitude could use an "adjustment".
