Dr. Catherine Eva Krasnik is a pre-eminent psychiatrist with extraordinary intellectual prowess who carries out her vocational duties very efficaciously. I am extremely impressed with her. I was a resident at SAYC and I felt I was often misjudged by psychiatrists and they often treated me unsympathetically for they did not seem to care about what I thought and came up with sweeping prejudices. Dr. Krasnik on the other hand displays her compassion when she speaks with you and takes the time to listen carefully to your thoughts. What I also find to be extremely impressive with her is that she always has utterly insightful responses to your statements. I was lacking emotional equanimity during contentious colloquies and when Dr. Krasnik became aware of this she prescribed medication which was very helpful and I am extremely grateful she had done this. She was so compassionate that she told me I understood your concerns about taking medication but you should take comfort in knowing that I take a conservative approach to prescribing medication and my doctorate is in Neurology so I know how medication interacts with the brain. She is an absolutely brilliant psychiatrist I recommend her to anyone, she is better than any psychiatrist I have ever met, she is like a female version of Albert Einstein. I am still profoundly befuddled by how intellectually gifted she is, I feel like I do not deserve to have such an exceptionally intelligent person as my psychiatrist. She saved my life.

When I had a session with her, she was inconsiderate, not compassionate at all, she always thinks out of her Forensic study, that all people are bad and killers, or intend to kill / hurt somebody or themselves. if you really needed any help, she will send you to another doctor because she is busy with her plans and her own life. she traumatized me that I hate to go to any doctor, or hosptial, and I have seen her after I gave birth to my first son. she made me hate having another baby. I am susprised how she became a pschartric doctor, she is unable to help any body. when I was at the hosptial, she prescribed sleeping pills to me, and locked me in a room full of outside noises, close to a washroom and asked the nurse to watch if I have taken the sleeping bills even though I was so sleepy and capable to sleep. she forced me to take the pills.

Dr.Krasnick has nothing but been helpful and considerate. I didn't ever feel she was biased or prejudiced. By her queries quite pertinent it always encouraged me to open up more and she appreciated my candour. Being an insightful person she gives the best advice and makes sure her patient goes satisfied from the room! I earlier felt meeting a psychiatrist/counselor a dilemma because of peer pressure maybe but not anymore! I truly respect in whatever she has to advice me in regards to whatever! I am so thankful to Lord that she is part of my life! I would definitely recommend her to ANYONE!
