I have mixed feelings about this doctor. He seems very professional and sure of himself. But having seen him a few times, I don't feel like he is actually listening to me. He has also been an hour late for both of my previous two appointments and was not apologetic at all. He is not respectful of my time and was not receptive to the constructive criticism that I tried to offer. I don't feel comfortable asking him questions and I don't have confidence in his responses. This is the first time I've had my own family doctor since I was a child (I am 26) and I am disappointed with the experience. I prefer to have no family doctor and visit the walk-in clinic when I need to see a doctor. I think Dr. Kozanitis could be a good walk-in doctor. We just don't have the mutual respect that is so important in an ongoing patient-doctor relationship.
