My mother has keratitis if the eye. Was seen by him on Sunday and now have taken here to the Oakville hospital and is in serious trouble after he did nothing. See was crying from pain went she was seen by him. I’m praying that the damage is not permanent because people are in a rush and don’t really do there job

By far the worst, most inconsiderate, arrogant and unempathetic doctor I have ever met in my life. I was made to feel ashamed by him for having been in the hospital in the first place and he let me know I was not an emergency case. To give context, I have been dealing with excruciating vaginal pain for 5 days and was on multiple antibiotics. He refused to listen to me, do any testing and belittled me for any questions I had about what further testing we should do. I will add I am an endometrial cancer survivor who has had a hysterectomy as well as a one sided oomphectomy. He didn't flinch when I shared this, as it was evident he did not care about my well being nor anything I had to say. This hospital should be ashamed of themselves if this is their "standard if care."
