We were extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and bedside manner. The clinic is new and well maintained but the care leaves a great deal to be desired. The experience left us with the impression that the focus and priority are billings and profits, not patient service or care. Staff are not friendly or attentive and this doctor was an utter disappointment. We expected care, courtesy, understanding, compassion, and humanity. Yet this doctor did not have the minimal courtesy to properly greet or to look us in the eye or acknowledge us upon arrival. To make matters worse, he spoke to us with his back towards us and didn't even get up or turn around after the consult. He treated our questions as nuisances, and was not at all warm, communicative, informative, or patient. To the contrary, he was rude, arrogant, egocentric, and petulant. He was not at all personable, and seem to unite all the qualities you don't want or expect from a doctor, particularly when you are confronting a serious disease. He was extremely dismissive and treated our problem as trivial. We will seek a referral elsewhere and would not recommend this doctor.
