When Dr. Shemtov eximaned me the first time I really enjoyed the quality of this exam. He listened to me attentively. He did not interrupt me and was very polite to me. On my side, I also tried to keep my story in the format that would assist the doctor to determine the preliminary diagnosis. Then additional probing was done and Dr. Shemtov spoke with me after reviewing the results. While waiting for the doctor's conclusion I looked through the comments on this site and started to be afraid that the discussion of what to do will be extremely formalistic and callous. I prepared a list of questions which were important to me and they were not just "yes/no". I sorted them by the level of importance and was hoping to get answers on, at least, couple of them, judging by comments here... How surprised I was that despite all negative reviews here, Dr. Shemtov in extremely attentive manner explained what happened to me and what needed to be done in terms of treatment and follow-up checkup. But he surprised me even more when he answered ALL of my questions. The answers were concise yet extremely informative! And they were answers of the master of his craft - very professional. As a summary: I was really happy with the service which I received from Dr. Shemtov on each stage of the visit, the ultrasound specialist and nurses who were on that shift! And what is the most important is that I was healed by the treatment which Dr. Shemtov prescribed me. Also, I received all necessary information about my situation which eliminated my excessive worries and provided me guidelines on how to behave in order to eliminate complications. I am planning to do a checkup and hope I will be examined by Dr. Shemtov! I am definitely recommending him!
