Sadly, I would never recommend Dr. Kis, as she was the first physician to have seen me in hospital here and was not respectful of patient rights. In fact, she could have very well provided a good start for me by actually LISTENING to what I was saying. Instead, she basically exclaimed (paraphrased), "We're done talking..", walked away leaving and left me abandoned in a situation she could have made a positive difference in. This is an example of the un-comforting care that I have received here. In fact, Dr. Kis had the power to have completely changed the experience in a positive way - and chose not to. For these reasons, it was clear, at least in my situation, that she is not truly an advocate for patients with mental health concerns and their rights as human beings.
