I rarely go online and ever write negative reviews about any service I receive. In fact the opposite - I take the time to compliment great service. But for Dr. Gupta at the Woolwich Community Health Center in St. Jacobs this is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever experienced. She always makes you feel like your completely below her, rushes your appointment, makes you wait for 40 minutes and then is mad at you for explaining your symptoms. This is not just my opinion, I have spoken to about 6 of her patients (friends and family) and they have all experienced such negative appointments with Dr. Hansa Gupta. As an example, I would explain my panic attack symptoms to her and she would yell "Stop telling me - I don't want to hear about it as I dont' want my university panic attacks to come back". She has diagnosed my father incorrectly and he required knee surgery. She says one thing, and then you see her 2 months later and she completely changes her opinion. By far the worst and most rudest person I have ever met. I know that we are short doctors in Ontario, but honestly this person should not be allowed to see patients. She has no empathy and makes you feel uncomfortable like your wasting her time. If she is not happy with her career, then she really should leave as being a doctor is such an important job and she makes people feel so bad when they are in need of help. Definitely stay away from this doctor.
