I found Dr. Tran very caring, knowledgeable, and helpful. She took time listening and examining the patient. I recommend her to any patient, especially one who perfers Vietnamese speaking doctor.

The doc maybe a brilliant women but she lacks empathy!! They rarely take walk-ins but if you book an appointment, expect to wait 30 mins minimum. Once you get into her room you better have your facts gathered otherwise your appointment is pretty much over in 1 minute. She once opened the door to let me out before I had even finished. I waited 45 mins to see her but I didn't even have a full 5 mins with her. She doesn't actually listen to you, she just rushes you in and out. She's rude and condescending! The only reason I go to her is because she is close to home. Also, why on earth does she have a PA system to call patients in? "Ashley room 1, Ashely room 1". It's a two room office lady. I can see you while your calling me. It doesn't even make sense.
