Dr Skalenda looked after my Dad, during his period of palliative home care. I found him to be knowledgeable, caring, always making suggestions for how to improve my dad's comfort. He is highly reliable, with constant and regular follow up- including ensuring that he had adeque support during Dr. Skalenda's vacation. He was honest and tactful when confronted with difficult questions about end of life. I really felt that he cared and took his time to ensure my Dad's needs were met.
