This is the worst customer service I've ever seen! I had an appointment for 5.30 with Dr Inna. When I arrived at 5.33 the door was locked. I waited a few minutes hoping maybe she was busy or something else before another patient arrived and asked me if I saw the doctor. At that point I started calling their office but it went straight to the voicemail. Ten minutes later I finally got through and her receptionist told me they left because I was 3 minutes late! No phone calls, no apologies- nothing! He told me to wait. After another 10-15 minutes I called them back and asked if Dr Inna is coming back, when he told me to go to the laboratory and see if they're still open and that 'everything else is fine'. At this point it was almost 6 pm and everything was closed! When I asked him why they didn't call and inform me he said: ' I don't have to call you'. Seriously? I was so upset with how rude he spoke to me that I told him that I am leaving and he started yelling at me. Another patient told me he was waiting for his test results and that she's not getting back to me or answering his calls. So if you think of choosing her think twice. I would avoid this place at any cost.
