Rude, obnoxious, unprofessional, incompetent in business and patient practices and care... and books 50 ppl for the same time.... terrible experience ... wont go back.

This man is extremely rude, I now have a very reliable, capable, knowledgeable man to help me cope with my problem. I would not recommend Dr. Arora to anyone!!!!!

Worst Specialist-doesn't deserve the title of "Dr." The office is a filthy, chaotic mess, the business practices non-existent, the violations of Privacy Act numerable. He is rude, condescending, has told patients-if you leave I don't take you back, if you have money for vacations you have money for medical supplies not covered by OHIP. He doesn't wear gloves or clean between patients. He doesn't always put enough anaesthetic in eye before needle and doesn't care. His ego is enormous-told patients he is the only one in the area who does the work he does. He often doesnot say hello and is so rude-he told one of my clients-"I am not your friend I am your Dr" Totally unacceptable and could never recommend him for anything! Old people afraid to complain but nobody speaks well of him!
