We live 10 hours away from CHEO. Dr. Pothos was our son's pediatrician for 16 years. She is very smart and always accomodates all our appointments during our stay. So there is no travelling several times a year. She is friendly, speak in terms that parents understand. She also has a child born with Down syndrome so she has been on the same road travelled as we have. She is professional and punctual. She's also not afraid to push to make sure our child gets seen by the proper specialist needed. Our family MD was always able to reach her if need be. In our eyes she has saved our son's life and as been keeping us parents educated and feeling like we we're not alone. Would recommend 100%. She is a 10 out of 10.
