she failed to apply the apportiate diagnosis to my child. He is a 6 yr, with limited verbal skills, no eye contact, unable to relate to his peers, unable to inact in the classroom because he is over stimulated. We already have another son that is ASD and receiving the right help because Dr.Weaver diagnosed him at the age of 4. None of this mattered because Dr.Hogan had her mind set that my child has ADHD and that he needs to be medicated, I think any doctor who overs medication over teaching/training support first is poor to say the least. Add the fact that she checked the inside of my child's mouth using her hands without wearing gloves. When I questioned the answer she said she told me how long she has worked in this field of study and how horrible an ASD diagnosis would be. I feel that she walked into the room with he mind set, there are so many factors that play into a child's developmental growth and she fails to notice that. I personal feel maybe she needs to go back to school and refresh her knowledge about child development.

Doctor Hogan is the best of the best! Excellent doctor who always keeps her patients needs her only priority. Extremely knowledgeable & sincere. She always gives you her time & patience no matter what the situation might be. One of the best advocates for children with disabilities. We miss her terribly at erinoak....
