The doctor is great but his receptionist needs a reality check! If she does not like her job ... leave! Let someone else do the work.. She is totaly disrespectful and unprofetional. She will book an appointment for the same week, if she likes/knows you, and two months later if not. Please doc get rid of her!

When you walk 8nto Dr Oetrovs off8ce the receptionist, Dianna is like a ray of sunshine, nd will always go that extra mi,e for you..As for Dr Petrov, he’s knowledgeable, kind and takes his time answering lol your questions, and getting you the best treatment..Wven though I don’t live 8n the neighbourhood I still go to this practice because of how well I’m treated..
