Dr. Arvo Kuld is one of the emergency room physicians who writes too many forms in order to benefit from the extra income that writing forms produces... $30,000 extra per year for writing driver’s licence suspension forms to the Ministry of Transportation... Each extra Form 1 psychiatric hold written, brings in $105.00 more... The Globe and Mail published statistics for all emergency rooms in the province... St. Joseph’s health centre’s emergency room had over three times the forms for driver’s licence suspension forms written, and Form 1 psychiatric hold forms, as compared to the next highest hospital... To put that into perspective, 300 at the next highest hospital, compared to over 1200 written at St. Joseph’s, Just driver’s suspensions...Same inflated numbers for Form 1 psychiatric forms, at that $105 each form... Per year! Thousands of Torontonians have been trying to get their driver’s licences back after these forms get filed with the Ministry of Transportation...Thousands more suffer the stigma of a Form 1 psychiatric hold that should never have been written... The OHIP system, combined with the lower income levels commensurate with free medical care, have corrupted physicians throughout... But it was Dr. Arvo Kuld where I got entangled in this trap of corruption, so it is this family physician working out of the emergency ward, who I am writing this scathing reviews for... To add insult to injury, I had been punched in the eye by the police officer who brought me to the hospital...This was never recorded or reported by Dr. Kuld, which Would have been a Form That he Should have gotten paid for...Apparently there is collusion between the police and the emergency room physicians, because nothing was ever reported...Or noted in any file...
