Dr. Soutar has been my Doctor for over thirty years, birthed both my babies helped me when I was dieing of chronic pain and saved my life. For the actions of this man I dedicate my life to him and wish the world of happiness he missed out on taking care of sick folks before putting his own needs first. You're the Best Doc!!!
