I wish that Dr. Ciok was still my doctor. I don't know if you remember me. Birth name Pam Lemke via McIntyre via Joukema. I had 5 kids. You were my mom and my doctor since I was 15. I just want to say that I miss you so much!!!!!!!!!!! You said I would forget you. I think of you everyday of my life! Cause you were my mom!!! I love you
