This doctor was mentally and emotionally abusive. My second-opinion doctor advised me to file a charge against her with the College of Physicians and Surgeons but I'd been so demoralized by her at that point I needed to move on. I only hope she's actually retired now and officially no longer seeing patients.

Un médecin qui est toujours à l'écoute de ses patients. Elle est souvent critiquée pour sa franchise et sa rigueur. En fait c'est comme cela qu'un médecin se doit. J'étais sa patiente pendant douze ans et j'appréciais beaucoup ses conseils et l'intérêt qu'elle portait aux problèmes les plus infimes. Maintenant à la retraite, il est difficile de trouver quelqu'un ayant les mêmes qualités.

I have never been so mistreated by the medical profession as I was by Dr. Dariawish. She blew several test results out of proportion (I received second opinions to verify) and even provided inaccurate information to doctors to whom she gave me referrals (the doctors had to call labs to verify the results she indicated - she didn't bother providing them with the pertinent lab results). If you ask her an indepth question she tells you she's about to retire and ignores it. She's a bigot against overweight people and doesn't feel they deserve medical consideration. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
