no bedside manner, no communication, although he is probably the most knowledgable in his field, there comes a time when one loses the humane aspect of their work. Its hard to have your legs up and have a very elderly man poke and prod - its even worse when he doesnt communicate what he's doing... but it seems like its beyond him, like a waste of time ... let the nurse and the pamphlets talk to me.
