Dr. Massicotte is very caring, knowledgeable and efficient. He answered all of my questions and his staff was always available beforehand to explain the 2 procedures I would be undergoing. At no time did I feel that I was being rushed out of the office or not listened to. I would definitely refer family and friends to him. For conditions that are worrisome, I felt much better after seeing him.
