Arrogant and rude. It's all about money. He wants you to pass the tests at his clinic. He pushes for that. Some times tries to take over other doctors patients for the sake of money. He lacks the doctor's spirit. He's rather a lousy businessman. He does not listen and might lose temper. I saw him shouting at the receptionist. Not a way to make new customers. I won't be going to his clinic anymore.
